This is how we start – we carefully adopt water dripping method as the picture shown (Water Dripping Tower) and we coarsely ground our Premium Bean from Ethiopia to extract consistent and full-body flavor.

And, it takes 8 hours! That’s how long your barista gently steeps the coffee with cool water.

As result, a distinctively smooth coffee with hint of citrus ready to serve. 🙂
